Duo Ranked Queue

Hi,

I would like to see the implementation in Season 5 (or 4, but I doubt that would happen) of a duo ranked queue, similar to Starcraft.

What's this mean? This means that you would have a separate rank for each person you duo queue with.

This means it would be okay for you, a Gold player, to queue with your Bronze buddy - because it has no affect on your personal solo queue ranking. Instead, you'd get a separate ranking for the pair of you.

Duo queue people still pair with solo queue people - that's not an issue (otherwise the system would be impossible with a 5 player team), so everything is still the same.

Well if you're being paired against solo queue players that's implying that a duo queue isn't an advantage over other players, meaning that there really is no reason for them to have a separate rating. It just dosen't make logical sense sorry, because at least in starcraft you'd be placed against other duo queue, which just ins't possible in league of legends.

I think that matchmaking for duo queue should take into account how well this particular duo queue plays together, rather than having some one size fits all solution for duo queue matching. The current duo queue matching system seems to generate reliably uneven matchups for most duos.

I don't know about having ranked 2s like ranked 5s -- that could be a ton of teams to be on for a given player. I think it's worth thinking about this at least, though.
