Plat 5 Jungle Looking For Team

My general profile is below. I am looking for a team again. I don't mind playing a different role in a lower ranked team; but if you're Plat+ I'd prefer jungle. If you have additional questions for me, I would be happy to answer them.

My most available times for practice are evenings (PST); Wednesday is the best night for me in general. Weekly practices would be ideal.

Previous Experience: I have played since 2012. I've competed in both online and LAN tournaments, with some success (I've earned the Triumphant Ryze skin). I have played in several ranked 5s teams and recently my main one has become casual.

What I'm Looking For: I would like a semiserious team (I treat "serious" as wanting to go play at a pro level, which is not what I'm looking for) that practices weekly, wants to climb the ladder and earn ranked team rewards, and to participate in online tournaments. I am looking for mature individuals that commit to practice times, while understanding that work and family come first.
