Will Gangplank be re-enabled BEFORE the tenth?

I want to be able to play him before the tenth to get the skin, but he is still disabled. Will he be re-enabled before the event ends? R.I.P.

Read the patch notes, he is coming back with this next update "the one going into effect tommorrow". Then people can spam him for the free skin.

Absolutely! You'll have plenty of time to play him before the event ends! He'll be re-enabled with Patch 5.15, which is tomorrow.
