Idea for refund system
My idea is that every year or two your refunds get refilled. The refunds aren't stackable so you cant just build them up. Three refunds for a lifetime, in my opinion isn't enough.

Although I slightly agree, every year would not matter. In the time span of 90 days, you are not able to refund items, hence, would be not so useful. More information!
