Are you playing Irelia with AD or Devourer item?

I'm playing devourer (being able to solo Nashor with 4 items kind of suits me, so...). Anyone playing her with the AD item?

Why would you play her jg at all?

Typical Trinity still works pretty well.

When jungling devourer is the only logical enchantment, so yeah. But I prefer her toplane since her early jungling is god awful.

I have no clue why people suddenly play her Jungle, after the small Buff to her Q. She's still way better Toplane.

To me, the main reasons are:

  1. dash/ stun ganks, in addition to raw damages
  2. Passiv healing, so you don't lose much life in jungle camps
  3. You can take deal with Nashor all alone with 4 items (same with Dragons, of course)

If you want all those things, go for Kindred. They also have ranged AA's and spells PLUS an OP Ultimate. Im usually a really bad Jungler, but even I manage to wreck enemies with her. Go buy her asap and forget Irelia please :^)

What I typically see, the very few times I've seen Irelia jg, is item 3931 item 3124 item 3748 item 3065 item 3143 with boots of your choice, usually Swifties. She's obviously great with a sheen item so you could replace Randuin's with item 3025

I honestly prefer playing her as a diving fighter top-lane. While this build provides lower DPS than more attack speed heavy builds, the sheer survivability and sticking potential helps make up for it.

[As a side not, I think I have issue with CDR. I just like the stat to much on most champions.]

If you are playing her primarily in the jungle, then Devourer is 100% the way to go. It has fantastic synergy with Hiten Style, provides attack speed and further mixes your damage types so you are very difficult to build against.

The following build seems like it would work pretty well (though it does leave you squishy early-game). item 3009 item 1415 item 3153 item 3025 item 3065 item 3053
