Mental health.

Roti, you should consider adding a mental health support to the League of Legends client/ and or forums. Like someone to talk to after a game.

Indeed this community is toxic way out of endurable limits. Insults, death threats, abusive pings (leading to head aches), and so on. Considering you're already having a bad day/ bad time in your life, this can be really harsh. Your Summoner Code and report/ ban system are not enough. They're not even close to fixing the problem of this community, which spoils the game as hell.

While a "nice" thought, Riot does not have the responsibility or capability to do anything like that

If a person is having mental health issues and needs someone to talk to, they should seek the assistance of a qualified mental health professional, not an entertainment service provider.

I like the idea. So, It seems the target audience would be people who have recently reported a player for verbal abuse or hate speach. Maybe Riot could partner with an online counseling program -- such as BetterHelp, TalkSpace, or Breakthrough -- and provide a link with some dialog to those players after exiting the post game lobby.

We’ve observed that the LoL Boards aren’t a great resource for players dealing with serious depression, and sadly, we’re not qualified to help counsel you through this.

Nobody at Riot wants harm to come to one of their players, and we don’t want to make matters worse. A great step for players to take is to explore some of these resources:

https://www.imalive.org/ http://www.ifred.org/individual-support http://www.helpguide.org/articles/depression/dealing-with-depression.htm

These groups have experts and information that can help players with the stress they are feeling, and they want to help people get through it.

These resources are things we send to players when they post about their depression on the Boards. In most cases, we will remove those posts as the LoL community doesn't always respect the issues they are dealing with.

Unfortunately I don't think Riot should deal with anything outside of your gaming experience as they're not trained professionals? I would hate to see liability rise out of well intentioned features that turn out accidentally hurting people because they're not trained professionally to handle the situation.
