Nice man congrats on coming home. I agree about taking things one day at a time but lately it just hasn't been working for me.
I find that helping others and brightening up other people's days makes my day a lot better. Maybe look for some volunteer opportunities in the area such as food pantry organizing, feeding the homeless, etc. Definitely worth the time, in my opinion!
