5.14 Patch notes on MF are incomplete?

Mf....in her patch notes...

Doesnt list her change in her passive "Strut (Passive) Miss Fortune gains gradually increasing movement speed after not taking damage for a few seconds. [New] Strut now has increased scaling based on level, and only falls off when Miss Fortune takes direct, non-periodic damage."

and the duration on her e. "Make It Rain (E) Duration lowered to 2 seconds from 3 seconds Slow increased to 40/45/50/55/60% from 25/35/45/55/65%"
