Can we Discuss Zz'Rot Portal

Seemed like a cool item at the time when it came out but I never see anyone build it and I can't think of any item i'd skip building for this. I'd rather have Guardian angel to be honest and while it might have the extra minion push wave the portal is easily detectable and destroyed pretty much instantly, also the enemy team gets gold for killing the portal and minions. Imo, the item needs a rework or removed, it's kinda pointless..
