A Way to Play on Multiple Servers Easily?

I didn't know where this question fit into and I tried looking for a good answer as much as I could and I couldn't find one, but if this has already been discussed, which it probably has, you can link the previous discussion if it's easier. Sorry!]]

I'm not someone with big knowledge of computers and how to make them work, but I have a quick question. I know in order to play on multiple servers I'd have to make another account on the server (or switch my main) and uninstall and reinstall the entire game with that server selected.

I know the option to "switch users" is a thing on computers, so** if I just switched to another user and reinstalled with another region/server on that user, would I be able to just switch users whenever I wanted to play on multiple servers instead of having to reinstall every time?**

I would try it myself, but I had to reinstall the game last night due to some bug in the patch affecting my computer, and my computer isn't exactly the fastest so I'd rather not go through that for a while. I also have most of my friends on NA, and a few friends on KR, but with majority being on NA I was would so have to reinstall each time to play with both groups. By the time it would be finished, they'd already be done playing, haha. Thanks a bunch!
