Allow us to pick our skin for our champion immediately after locking in.

The new champ select makes you wait until after everyone has locked in for you to be able to select your skin. I have no use of seeing the other champions after I locked in my own so I don't see why we should have to wait until the last 20 seconds to pick a skin.
