Can we give Ashe a rework?

Literally, too much Utility, not enough damage, outplayed by almost every adc, even adcs that have no gap closers out-do Ashe, damage output and ult damage, completely useless for the amount of distance her ult needs to travel for CC, only real reason to play Ashe is if you know you are going to get fed, cause that's the only time I ever see her do anything good and even that sucks. I don't know, maybe its just me, but she literally isn't an ADC, shes fodder for the enemy team, every game I have her on my team, even enemy team ashes suck. Do something for this champion, good lord.

Yeah, you are supposed to pick her when your team already have tons of damage and not enough utility.

For example if you have 2 or 3 assassins (top, mid and jungle) then you should pick Ashe on adc, as your team needs more utility than damage at that point (still, some reliable DPS is required, and Ashe is good at that too).

Not actually that bad, she is a safe pick that rewards safe play and patience. She is the only ADC that stands out with the AMAZING global stun that her ult has, she is a cc-marksman and that's great. Pair her with a high burst champion like talon and you are good to go

Giving Ashe a rework isn't something that I feel is necessary. Ashe has enough damage to make her damage relevant as an ADC, and her utility makes her stand out among the other ADC's. No matter how weak Ashe is, she is always worth the pick because of how much utility she has.

She's not in dire need of a rework, but if anything she could use a better passive and a more impactful slow that isn't permanent.

Only thing Ashe really needs is a slightly better passive. If you buff her damage at all in any way she will instantly become brokenly OP because of the CC she brings.

She has a great niche role that alot of champions have, and thats actually fine.
