This getting annoying i cant make progress in silver at this point i can win 3 games in row get a bnunch of LP an lose it all in one game how are you suppose to progress losing all that :|

That means your MMR is pretty bad. It sounds tedious, but what you're going to need to do is just keep up with winning. Even if you're not climbing, your MMR will be increasing and your LP gains will eventually go up.
your mmr is in the trashcan if that's happening.
LP is calculated based on your mmr compared to the division you're in, figure the rest yourself
