The wait times are getting absurd

My usual preference is: bot/mid or bot/top. After the estimated wait time has passes, I stop and queue again. I've done this 4 times now, waiting almost 10 minutes for one game. I remember when I could get into games consistently quickly or instantly.

Once you get into the first game in a series of matches, it does reduce wait time by giving you higher priority. I assume that's because you want this game to be addictive. But getting into the first game takes a ridiculously long time.
