1 Dodge and TB Ban + 5 min ban?

I supported the upgraded Leaverbuster because hey, it was supposed to affect chronic leavers and AFK'ers.

But somehow, after a 3 month break and coming back and dodging 1, ONE game (because teammates were arguing over roles and weren't saying where they wanted to go, so I couldn't pick a champ knowing where to go and neither could my partner) is enough for a 5min queue ban and a TB exclusion?

Really? I mean, I understand it being stricter, but [i]after one dodge[/i]? If that is the kind of escalation here, what do you do to chronic leavers and AFK'ers? Castrate them?

i think this is just going to have a reverse effect that encourages trolls to stay in game but not play. i could see new bots made just to keep people from afking to avoid the leave buster.

I don't know about being banned from TB, but there is a "dodge penalty" that is totally separate from LeaverBuster. LeaverBuster only affects leaves/AFKing during a match.

First dodge in 24 hours is a 5 minute wait, with a small LP penalty in Ranked. It scales up from there.

You do realize there has ALWAYS been a 5 minute dodge penalty. It is not the new leaverbuster haha, and I assume you have not played this game very much >.>

Also the "ban" from TB is just stopping you from getting into any que for the 5 minute period of the dodge penalty.
