The new Ultimate skin for Lux will not have a release sale. It will be 3250 on Day 1 and won't be on sale until the early sale months later.

BUT people won't remember this and on the day it release and for many days after, we will see post after post of people B****ing at Riot for being greedy and not making a release sale.
