Sugar rush
sadly i dont have money and can't buy any skins on this momentous occasion however i have to ask why the heck does a Halloween event happen and end a month before the month Halloween is even celebrated.

It's not the Halloween event. I've yet to see it be referred to as their Halloween event, and it strikes me as a filler event. It is a bit confusing with the candy overlap, but Harrowing skins almost never refer to candy (Dark Candy Fiddlesticks is the only one that was released for Halloween).
The Halloween events are called "Harrowing".
