Stay out of league till you fix yer shit. It's not RIOT. You have a bad system. Sorry but there so much you can do on your end and two big things you can do is get the "F" off WiFi and close the 947 BS things going on in the background creating your lag. If you still have lag then you have a very cheap and weak system.

I didn't lag when the servers were out West and I don't lag after the move because I take care of my shit. You don't.

I live in SoCal, and I get a steady 68 ping. Your lag is on you, bud.
