is PBE real? (been waiting for a few years)

im just wondering if anyone else got permission for the pbe, it seems like only youtubers actually get pbe access, because no one i know has a PBE account and only the big youtubers actually have the PBE and record games... idk about you guys but i really want to test out the new galio and upload it to my channel but i dont think thats gonna happen. tell me what you guys think of it. (and i guess luck is a factor -.- which honestly sucks because i have been waiting for so long)

Its selective for a group of players at a time. Youtubers and Streamers get it (sometimes) cause they're more likely to post gameplay of new stuff.

For example, a lot of galio mains were signed up for PBE access before the rework came out.

One of my friends who is bronze 5 got PBE access during the yorick update cause he's a yorick player.

Its really just an application you sign and if they want you for something they'll hire you.
