PLAYER BANS MY CHAMPION IN CHAMP SELECT, RITO PLZ FIX (player ban system)

idk about you guys but even with the new hovering system riot has implemented which is still a nice feature, people have been banning the champions i hover over, either as a troll or just on accident because they don't have eyes. this is especially frustrating because if your a one trick or the champion fits well into your team comp or just does really good against the enemy team... or even if you have to play an off-role and you only have one decent champ... you can get screwed... and its only happened to me in ranked which means i either have to leave the lobby and get punished with wait time and loss of LP (im sorry if your in promo matches) is their a way to make it so the people who ban on your team cant ban the champ your hovering over or something because its really annoying, even if i said something in chat they still would have most likely banned the champ, well anyways tell me how you guys feel about this topic and if riot should tweek the player banning system a little.
