Forced new client on us, Remove punishments

Well, im sitting now in 30 min que, because i got dropped out of client during champ select many times today. AHAHAHAHAHAHAH. And dont tell me, to check my connectivity to rito, i never had such things with the old client.

Remove dodge punishments from ranked and soloq if you force this useless piece of crap on us.

Also a friend just complained for him, second time black screen in champ select.
