Trying to find friendly players.

Hey all, so I have been playing this game for a couple months now. Still not level 30 as you can see, but I do pretty good in normal blind pick games (haven't tried draft yet). Right now I mainly play top or mid as or respectively. I can play the other roles but just have not picked main champs for them, and am not as practiced in them.
Basically I am just making this post to try and find some other friendly summoners that would like to group up and play some games. I don't care if you are just learning, or gods gift to LoL, just as long as you try to win, can take some constructive criticism, and are generally friendly.
My hope is to eventually find enough like minded individuals to possibly start a ranked team, once we all get to that point.
