Can't we just do this as punishment for toxic players.. Make a map mode for summoners rift and force them to play so many games with every other toxic player out their before they can play normals and ranked? This way all the toxic players can annoy the hell out of each other to the point they either quit and reform like in prison and wish they never go back again.

Make a new account and troll because they pissed off their main is banned... lol
You know how many toxic players I see while leveling up my smurf who have been banned on their main or suspended? 2 to 3 almost every game... Riots system doesn't work, They say people who are toxic are reformed and it's not true they just make alt accounts to troll and be negative on and who does it affect the most? New players because that's who they are match with.. and then those new players are now toxic and the circle continues never getting fixed.

Go make a new account and level it up and count how many people you see each game that is on a smurf or alt account because their main got suspended or banned. They aren't reformed... they quit playing their main and are now toxic on a new account.
Dunkey was suspended and said he quit, then he came back and is still toxic.
The reform logic bullshit is not real... you can't change someone's human nature or personality by threatening to suspend them in a game that allows for unlimited free accounts to be made.
Petrico1 votesSet up an independent server and game mode just for them? I think it's still better to just give them a block for a while and if it repeats extend it each time. Maybe they're just having a bad day and it was a one time thing, suddenly turning the game unfun for a while ( and I assume no dodging) just isn't a good way to run a game. Freeze them for a few hours/day/3days/week/month and see if they improve. If not they'll get bored waiting to play one game per month.
