Riot Explain this logic please (must read)

I have been getting punished for your clients mistake for almost a year now. It's not my computer, it's not my internet it is your client, I am no longer going to let you throw your mistakes on me and punish me for it. For over a year now, when a new patch comes out I have to delete lol_air_client for it to even patch. I have reinstalled windows multiple times, I have done the client fixes, I have even reinstalled league probably 30+ times over the year trying to fix it and it still will not patch unless I delete that folder first. I am on a brand new computer and same thing..

Now in the middle of a game where I am 2-0-1 My client decides to dc and stay stuck on reconnecting so I had to open up task manager to close everything out and restart league because they reconnect never reconnects. I know for 100% fact it's not my internet because everything else runs fine and doesn't DC and I know it's not my firewall because not only did I add league to acceptions I have disabled firewall.

Anyways I close out League to start it up and get back in game and out of no where my client decides it wants to scan files and add a small patch. Finally after that I get back in game and continue on winning my lane. At the end of the game i'm 3-4-6 or something but luxand ryze who fed 1-12 and 0-10 mid and bot lane so bad we couldn't win starts laughing about feeding intentionally.. What really got me mad was I got flagged by leave buster...

Why am I being punished because YOUR client dced me, YOUR client wouldn't reconnect, then YOUR client decided to start scanning my files and add a small patch making me afk just enough time for Leave buster to flag me? To top it off I'm punished for YOUR clients mistake and lux and Ryze who went around feeding as a joke is off scott free?

This isn't just a one time thing, this has happened before and I've had games where the client freezes in loading even though it says everyone and me is 100% and while i'm waiting for game to start it's already started and Leave buster is counting down ready to punish me? I am not the only ones who have these type of problems and I would like an answer why I'm getting Punished for something your client is doing?

Have you looked to see if your router has a firewall? I had a similar problem (only with what you said in the last paragraph about freezing while loading), and disabling the router's firewall cleared it up.

Chill boy; NEVER keep on reinstalling windows whatever operating system you have, it's just going to make it worse. You can use the "repair files tool" before actually starting the client, to see if it's the "clients fault". Check your antivirus software to see if it's interfering or any other low life programs under your startup. Even check for unnecessarily downloads you didn't download under add/remove programs it could be a VERY old Microsoft visual that shouldn't exist.

But it is your system. If it was RIOT's client then everyone would be having the same problems. Why can't you people get that through your thick skulls?
