Riot Explain this logic please (must read)

I have been getting punished for your clients mistake for almost a year now. It's not my computer, it's not my internet it is your client, I am no longer going to let you throw your mistakes on me and punish me for it. For over a year now, when a new patch comes out I have to delete lol_air_client for it to even patch. I have reinstalled windows multiple times, I have done the client fixes, I have even reinstalled league probably 30+ times over the year trying to fix it and it still will not patch unless I delete that folder first. I am on a brand new computer and same thing..

Now in the middle of a game where I am 2-0-1 My client decides to dc and stay stuck on reconnecting so I had to open up task manager to close everything out and restart league because they reconnect never reconnects. I know for 100% fact it's not my internet because everything else runs fine and doesn't DC and I know it's not my firewall because not only did I add league to acceptions I have disabled firewall.

Anyways I close out League to start it up and get back in game and out of no where my client decides it wants to scan files and add a small patch. Finally after that I get back in game and continue on winning my lane. At the end of the game i'm 3-4-6 or something but luxand ryze who fed 1-12 and 0-10 mid and bot lane so bad we couldn't win starts laughing about feeding intentionally.. What really got me mad was I got flagged by leave buster...

Why am I being punished because YOUR client dced me, YOUR client wouldn't reconnect, then YOUR client decided to start scanning my files and add a small patch making me afk just enough time for Leave buster to flag me? To top it off I'm punished for YOUR clients mistake and lux and Ryze who went around feeding as a joke is off scott free?

This isn't just a one time thing, this has happened before and I've had games where the client freezes in loading even though it says everyone and me is 100% and while i'm waiting for game to start it's already started and Leave buster is counting down ready to punish me? I am not the only ones who have these type of problems and I would like an answer why I'm getting Punished for something your client is doing?

Have you looked to see if your router has a firewall? I had a similar problem (only with what you said in the last paragraph about freezing while loading), and disabling the router's firewall cleared it up.

a game shouldn't require you to disable something that is protecting your computer

Chill boy; NEVER keep on reinstalling windows whatever operating system you have, it's just going to make it worse. You can use the "repair files tool" before actually starting the client, to see if it's the "clients fault". Check your antivirus software to see if it's interfering or any other low life programs under your startup. Even check for unnecessarily downloads you didn't download under add/remove programs it could be a VERY old Microsoft visual that shouldn't exist.

Actually you are wrong, I work on computers for a living. Reinstalling windows does not harm the computer, in fact it does nothing to the computer, it only affects the hard drive and not in a negative way. If your logic was true then installing windows the first time would damage the computer.

When I said "never" i meant it in a LONG ASS COOL DOWN REDUCTION WAY. I hate waiting from the OS to be installed. Come on you work on computer for life I say it's a pain in the ass especially when you have to restore/backup, to what see what went wrong in the past .

Depends.. If you have a bunch of things you want to keep and save then yes,, saving them and reinstalling programs in a pain in the ass.. But it can be quicker to reinstall windows if your computer is new or you don't have have files/programs you want to save. I know people who have spent weeks trying to figure out problems that could have been fixed in 1 hour by simply reinstalling windows.

Still , reinstalling windows does not harm the computer like you said in the original post " reinstalling windows whatever operating system you have, it's just going to make it worse" Reinstalling doesn't make it worse it fixes it.

Regardless if I worded it that way. Reinstalling the OS fixes it (not necessarily it didn't in the past) if you have experience the first computers that had a hard time getting rid off virus that fed off the OS etc. The Mac should have no problems reinstalling its OS.

But it is your system. If it was RIOT's client then everyone would be having the same problems. Why can't you people get that through your thick skulls?

How about the millions of people who don't have these problems that play with no problem at all? You are wrong. Fix yer shit, get a new ISP or get off WiFi. The problems you are having are your problems not Riots.

Millions of people? Not everyone uses forms... What your problem is that you are in denial... I know for 100% fact you have had problems with the client and to say you haven't means you are new or lying. Typical moronic troll is all you are. Everyone has had problems with the client at some point.. to say they haven't is a straight up moronic lie.

The client itself has never been 100% Riot has admitted repeatedly over and over that the client has problems and every patch it's a different one. I'm talking about basic client problems everyone deals with and just ignores because they know Riot won't deal with it.

I never had a problem with any other game DCING , Then never reconnecting and then patching when there is no patch other than this game so that means it is the clients issue not mine.

I've also played 100s of games where I never had a problem patching other then this game.. You are 100% delusional.
