Mastery 6 and 7 should not cost blue essence / champ shards

If you earn mastery 6 or 7 u should not have to use essence or a champ shard to unlock it. You earned the S ranks and you should be able to earn the champion rank right away. I have like 12 champions ready to rank up but I need the essence. Tell me what you think in the comments.
