unfair ranked flex games

Recently I have been trying to get placed in the brand new flex queue. I did pretty good on the first few games but then they started to get unfair. I am a bronze player, and I played with some friends in the new queue and we got wrecked in the last few games of my placements. I was wondering why, then I looked and the full enemy team was filed with golds/silver while my whole team was bronze. My 9th game of the placements, we faced a all silver/gold team and I knew they where scritping because the second the game started they gained like 10 cs out of nowhere. I think this system should be fixed in the lower elos.
