struggling to have fun in norms

I am a bronze player in league of legends and I like to play norm games for fun. But recently ive been struggling to have fun because I always get matched with/against gold/plat players. Its really annoying because I am brize so I usually get rekt because the fed yasuo just comes to my lane and 1 shots me and then the game is over. I hope matchmaking is improved so I can have a chance at getting 1 kill and not tower dived at level 3.

I spelled bronze wrong it says brize

Your normals MMR is separate from your ranked MMR, so you being Bronze and them being Gold has nothing to do with that. You are most likely being paired with those people because some people use normals just to fuck around with stuff, usually ending in more losses and a lower normals MMR (hence the matchmaking turning out the way it is).
