Could you come up with something that we can use our extra IP on. It eventually gets to the point where it is completely useless.

Ip becomes irrelevant when you have: all champs, all rune pages with good runes, and if you like your summoner name. If you have all those then yea it sucks.
Eventually.. But for you to have bought every rune, ever champ and max rune pages will take a VERY long time. You can also use them to change your summoner name.

There are occasionally the Icons that are in IP, but that's been rare lately :( Then yeah, if you don't own EVERY. SINGLE. RUNE. You can always do that XD (I know I still do that, even though I don't use 90% of them)
