Riot, can y'all change how matchmaking queue'ing works a little bit?

After about 7-ish minutes of having queue after queue dodge in order to play some ARAM, I started getting kind of frustrated at players who "deny" the queue, after a match is found. It's not so much the fact that they denied the match, delaying my game further, but it just irks me how matchmaking waits and waits and waits until everyone has said yes, no, or is afk for what, 15 seconds, regardless of someone said "no" or not already.

Can y'all make it so the queue immediatly disbands the moment somebody denies the queue so we don't have to wait so much longer? K thx bye.
