Riot scanning your PC

Someone wanna tell me since we did we agree to have RIOT scan our PC for other software and files? I got an email from them stating they found software that would exploit the game on my PC. Even though I do not, I am kinda scared now that they are looking at my personal files and such. I have looked at the terms of use and no where does it say they are going to scan our PC's.

They aren't scanning your PC, they are detected it when it interacts with the game. It's like saying they are scanning your PC to detect when you click the mouse to do something in-game.
