Banned for malicious software?

So about 6 months back I was using MKJogo for skins. I got an email from Riot saying I couldn't use it, okay no biggie.. I uninstalled it and about 2 months later my computer crashed. So I bought a whole new HD installed windows and LOL and then of course my regular computer apps. None to do with gaming though. Played since then up until yesterday afternoon, logged out and went to bed. Woke up this morning with an email saying I have been banned for malicious software.. Like WTF.. is this cause I am using teemo to get to gold? Sure I have changed up my game play a bit and I am looking better, but there is no software even on my computer except for LOL and basic office tools. So what other software could be causing this? I feel that Riot has a broken system and is refusing to fix it and does the whole "well we feel it was justified". This is the main reason why people use MKJogo, why spend money on your game when your software bans people for no reason. I am still waiting on riot to respond, but from the looks of anyone else who has had this ban they never lift it. So I have already made a new account, just a pain again to work from bronze to gold, but I guess I can be a smurf and ruin the game for bronze and silvers :) We all know how fun it is when you get some one that just owns the game (Sarcasm). Has anyone actually had one of these bans reversed or know what software they are looking for, so I can make sure it doesn't get on my computer? I been playing this game for years and never had a problem until they started using this auto app tracker.

many ppl have got banned today for this reason.. I guess it's a problem in riot's system most probably...

They ban in waves. It is possible that when you uninstalled whatever this MKJogo is you left behind some traces of it that are what Riot uses to detect it being used. They had not done a ban wave since then and so you are only now getting hit with the ban because in their eyes you ignored the message to stop using it.

I got perm suspended too today for no reason, no previous incursions at all, no 10-15-25 hour / 14 day bans on my account ever since I started playing. All of a sudden 2700 UTC email banned till Feb 22 22:22:22, from what I can see they're anti hack picks up other anti hack programs as a threat as well cause I leave BDO up on the background afking horse while I'm playing LoL as a break time.

happened to me too had a game logged off and within 12 hours banned and didn't even fget an email so pissed since I spend money on the game now its gone I got the same mkjogo email and here I am

same thing to me too, MKLOL was introduced to me sometime last year, and I uninstalled it right away when I have a warning email.

So I responded and told them they were wrong and to give me the exact day this happened. Now they say..

So why do you need a player behavior specialist for this? It had nothing to do with my behavior. It has something to do with you guys did something wrong.
