Big Flaw in the Report System
Why would the enemy team report the troll on your team if the troll accuses you of trolling when your not, because why would you report someone if they gave you a free win?

You report a troll even if they gave you a free win because you want to prevent them from doing it in the future, and not everyone always enjoys a free win instead of a fair match.
If someone is accusing a player of trolling or being toxic and you didn't see it yourself, don't report it. Report based on what you personally witness and deem should be reported. If the report was false then it won't hurt that player anyway, but the one calling for mass reporting may be punished.
