I'm so sick of someone not clicking lantern and dying/flashing over/avoiding my lantern with the excuse of "didn't see it". It's a big glowing circle filled with Green/Blue/Red (depends on skin) on your champion. Your tunnel vision isn't that bad to the extent to where you can't see your own champion. Even an indicator pops up for you to click it.

No. Lol. "My eyes were focused on them" is the only way that it can be excusable. There's no way that a person simply CANNOT see a glowing circle right next/on their champion.

Why would someone willingly NOT click the lantern if they saw it. Your logic is flawed. With all the commotion that goes on in a play, it's quite easy to miss the lantern. Some people have never play or never played with Thresh (I don't know what lvl/rank you are and it's not worth my time to look). Maybe they aren't used to looking for it.
Maybe you're throwing it behind them too much and giving them 0.5 seconds of reaction time to notice it.

Actually, it's very possible that the person didn't see it. I rarely have missed a Thresh lantern because I'm a support main and don't have many games played with an allied Thresh trying to save me with one, but I do have a problem with losing sight in a skirmish. I'm not colorblind, but I still lose track of my own character in dogpiles. I lose sight of my pointer. When there are flashing lights everywhere, another bright light doesn't necessarily draw my attention.

I've done it. Tunnel-visioned so bad you miss obvious things like that. Here's a clue, they probably already feel stupid after realizing they missed it. They really don't need you berating them for it.
