What if riot....
What if riot held a champion concept art contest and the top 5 get made into actual champions, wouldn't that be awesome?

while it would be good you have to remember how long it takes them to make a champion. even before concept stage it usually takes year to get a champion into the actual game! if they did something like this i would be surprised if they got the champion out even before 2017! plus remember that they probably already have champions in development! they wouldnt stop it just to get these champions out!
Heck they tried to do with Skin concept and we rarely see them actually in games. i have seen several thousands of concept art for various champions new and old and most if not all go unnoticed by Riot, or at least not responsive of the matter! Seems rather sad. while im not a good artist. i have thought of some skins for champions i like to play as, but i know it wouldnt even see the light of day, so there is no point in trying!
