TP tooltip is wrong, and has been wrong since preseason. When are you guys going to fix it?

TP tooltip still says it takes 3.5s to channel instead of 4. So unless you never actually made the change in patch 5.22 or you changed it back without documenting it in the patch notes, it should be updated to say 4 seconds.
