Intentionally not ending the game

I have noticed an increasing trend in games lately where players intentionally don't end the game solely to farm kills. I have played 4 games in the last 3 days in which I was on the receiving end of this. It hasn't happened on my end because I think it's about as douchey as you can get and I always just go end myself.

I started thinking about it though and I recall seeing this several times on a few twitch streams. Not trying to dime anyone out but I've seen Bjergsen do it on several occasions and a few others as well and I can't help but think something along the lines of, "Us nubcakes are supposed to look up to guys like this?! Are you serious?" Lol, I also saw several challenger level players, including pros, that like to create a new team on smurfs and play their placements then just delete the team and do it again. That's good stuff RITO, keep paying these guys to play.

i think possibly the best part of this game is that I can't even leave. I literally have to sit through as much as an hour of this because I'll get LeaveBustered if I just bail and do something else for a while. Oh and probably reported by the rest of my team.

Has anyone else encountered this? Recently? The life of the game? I mean I suppose it's possible it's happened before and I just now noticed it because it has happened several times in rapid succession.

Edit: I try to surrender. A large portion of the LoL community is of the "Never give in, never surrender" mentality.

I don't understand how some of you are trying to justify extending a game for upwards of 10 minutes because "it's fun" to waste someone's play time. Some people can only play for maybe an hour or one game a day and you're intentionally being a dick because "it's fun".

When i see that i report for assisting enemy team, which is what they are doing. Why give the enemies time to scale and potentially come back?

I remember a game I lost where I was 24/0 as jinx, was at nexus with all enemies dead and I waited the 5 seconds for them to respawn to kill them for fun. Killed 2 of them, died, team died somehow and we lost.

Never again...

Honestly, I just see the enemy as douches if they try to do this. If I'm playing thresh I will most definitely burn flash just to flay them into fountain and then hook someone else into fountain, even if I die doing it. I wouldn't care if I died it I took someone with me if they tried doing that.

why they dont end the game ? because they think they will win 100% and they want the game to be more exciting and they feel kinda bored , bjergsen never does this when he thinks he will lose or he does it in normal games maybe . i do this in normal games .. xD , i dont think you should do it in ranked though . the more u care about the game the less u will do this kind of stuff

Isn't there a surrender button for this? I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but I thought the surrender feature was there for times like this.

I see it in normals. and idc. recieving and applying. some people just like to see numbers. my team died on their fountain. i quit attacking nexus. im vayne. all 3 inhibs down fresh. they all spawn. in my head im thinking other than random team fights in this elo where not everyone wards. when will i get a chance to try and 1 v 5 with a clear mind. so i try to 1v5 instead of game just because rng/mechanics/judging. that particular game i got a quad. but. not every time. ill die. then my team just bum rushes.

some see it as douchey/bm. If both sides are conversing and its not flaming. why not stretch the game out a bit. im not in bronze or silver. we actually go "i got stomped" and ask on occasion where i couldve done something different.

However "Stop dont end yet. Get baron." that annoys the shit out of me.

Maybe you're forgetting that it's just a game. Even Bjergsen likes to have fun. He's doing it to other challenger level players. It's not demoralizing or anything.
