That takes skill that free week players, as a rule, don't have yet outside of the highest levels.

And now we don't have heal or exhaust and bot lane can pressure harder to keep them from teleporting!

Assuming the free week players are smart enough to know this, the non-free-week players are probably in an elo where they can counter-pressure it.
