@riot Taric?

I've been off of the boards for about two weeks, but I have still been in keeping an eye on the red logs and nothing stood out of particular interest ( concerning TaRic). Meddler ( possibly gypsy Lord / scruffy )said taRic was highly likely to come out before the next champion, as the next champion is slated to come out when the cycle is over I have to ask what is the delay exactly ? Was there some type of game breaking bug that caused his development to go back ?

If anyone has any information I might've missed please let me know
