Fizz, Veigar, Twitch, and Tristana can all get a 1350 skin plus four (count 'em, four) chromas for each on release, but Cassiopeia, Illaoi, Taliyah, Sol, Yorick, and so many others have not had skins either for 3+ years or since release.

Zyra, Yorick, Illaoi, Taliyah and Aurelion (to a lesser degree) all have extra models that are hard to incorporate and model for new skins and would take way more effort than aby of these skins.
