Anyone else wondering what the foot in between ekkos legs belongs to?

am i the only one who doesn't like this splash art?? i feel like this needs to be talked about haha
his head is too big (he looks like he has an adult head on a kid's body) and his hair is way too massive. if it was let down it would be as long as Kat's looks. It really doesn't look like Ekko. I hope they can tweak those things
