Im noticing change.

Im seeing less intentional feeders, less toxic behavior in general and idk if this is because of the new systems riot has in place is banning people or the community is a little less shitty, but i've also noticed my behavior change as well. It appears that with less feeders and less trolls im remaining unbanned and unpunished. By riot implementing these systems its reducing the key source of flamers which seem to be trolls and feeders. Maybe its because i passed the "V ELOHELL" threshold for plat, but everybody seems nicer here. Are there any stats on how many players were banned by the intentional feeding system? I want to scare people who go into ranked just to feed in case i come across one(which i know eventually i will.)
