Can I Get Reported for Not Saying Anything?

I've been on tilt lately and I've been having a hard time just in life, not only in League. I guess the past few games I've been toxic (I ragequit last game, and that's the first time I've done it in the last year and a half). I'm guessing the only way to not get myself banned or restricted is to not say anything. Can I be reported for refusing to communicate? It feels like a lose lose situation if yes...

I wish I could say no, but the answer is yes.. Cuz you know.. fail riot logic.

They tell you to just press ignore, and to keep yourself under control, but by keeping quiet and not getting upset at your team raging, trolling, and insulting you left and right, you can also then be reported for "refusing to communicate with the team". Which I've reported others for, because they wouldn't pay attention to anything being said in chat, and would obliviously do whatever they wanted without ever talking back.

I always ping first and then if there is something to say in chat I say it when I get the chance so as long as someone pays attention to my pings I don't report them for not reading chat.
