ive literally had someone ruin my promos 3 times in a row. ".01 % of the community is toxic" guess you guys got the wrong meaning of what toxic is. i have had 2 adc's in my last promo game 3 times riot you really need to work on banning players this is pretty bullshit at this point

Dodging would make people dodge at the first sight something doesn't go they're way in select.

You can dodge, it's just gonna cost you. The first dodge isn't bad though, it's only 3LP... if you can't spare that at least once you are sad. After that, sure it increases but come on, if they didn't have some kind of penalty you'd get so many dodges that it'd be hard to find a game.
Besides, there's different ideas of what toxic is. At first glance this post is very toxic, you can't even say something in a mature manner without jumping to "BULLSHIT" which isn't part of a civilized conversation, and they really won't take you seriously.
