the elo system needs to be fixed

if im getting players in my game that are obviously not belonging of the league while im smurfing it blows my mind. for example 22-9-16 uncarriable because my midlaner and toplaner do no damage. next game im fed as shit and my mid top and jungler are 2-10 rofl man silver at night has sooo many bad players that belong in bronze i dont get how they are placed in silver i really dont
