EVEN POPPY HAS A BETTER WIN RATE THAN LUCIAN,WHY IS LUCIAN SO WEAK?

Lucian has a good kit he in upon himself is not statistically weak the only real downside is his ult and the fact that he can only strafe left or right and even then his ultimate doesn't deal nearly as much damage as some other adc's ultimate that are being played especially since it's not like ezreal's that can go through the front line of tanks and hit the back line or vayne who can go invis and get into the back line and assassinate someone and run, sivir's ultimate is not the greatest but her Q and w allow for a lot of damage to go to the back line and caitlyn has two abilities can do the same, jinx has some good cc with her traps her stun gun and her rocket to assassinate someone that is running away also jinx has a much safer potential to kill someone and run away with her passive. also ashe and ezreal see more play due to ultimate's, all-in-all lucian has a good kit their is just a lot of other champions that have better parts of their kit that make him kind of obselete. for example lucian has a dash well so does ezreal, vayne, tristana and kalista. speaking of kalista her ult provides a great form of cc and if she builds a runaan's she absolutely shred's tank's. basically it is all about shredding tanks which lucian can't really do atm, at least not that I have seen. Now if you have read all of this i commend you.

"Lucian has a lower win-rate then Poppy so he must be bad." That's just foolish logic. No champion is as strong as the IRON SHIE... I mean ambassador. She BREAKS the enemy's back. The only reason her win-rate isn't 100% is that she wants to see which champions are nice to everyone and which have NO RESPECT so that she can MAKE THEM HUMBLE!

Champions with low pick rates (I.E., Poppy) tend to have skewed win rates, generally higher than average. This is due to the fact that the only people who play those champions know the champion inside and out, and personal skill and ability will always outweigh innate power (also from what I've heard, Poppy is actually really OP, but for some reason, people don't play her. And I'm not talking about OP in the sense of the "people who are gods on her can make her OP", but genuinely OP)

You realize Poppy is one of the most broken champs in the game, right? For some reason people don't play her, could be because her visuals and sfx are so outdated.

Maybe you have never played against a good Poppy.
