Honestly though who the hell thought percent max health true damage was a good idea. Admittedly i am being a little salty but vayne can hyper carry so easily its not even funny, i dont understand why her olay rate is so high she is one of the most basic adcs. Why have i seen over 20 vayne pentakills in 6 months. Please do something, anything about this nonsensical monster of a champion.

Dude Vayne isn't op. People just don't know how to play against her, not to mention Vayne mains KNOW how to play her.
