Low elo ranked is not the lottery

High elo ranked is.

In high elo ranked, you are likely to not be good enough to influence your team much. In low elo you can just go 45-0-0 and carry games by yourself regardless of your teams, but in high elo, if your bot lane feeds, the best you can do if you're really good is go 8-0-0 and that's not enough to carry a 0-12 bot lane and a 3-6 top lane. That means that you actually have less control over the games in high elo than in low elo when you can 1v5 stuff.

(and yes, I do have experience with this stuff, I'm just posting on my smurf account that I use when I get high ping so that I don't hurt my rank on my main account)

I do agree with the title, low elo isn't the lottery. High elo isn't either. Consider this, in a game, you have 4 other teammates who have approximately the same amount of skill as the other 4 enemies. As long as you're better than the one other enemy you face, on average you'll win more games than you lose, it's simple statistics, and everyone with a brain could deduce as much.

I've played a few games on a friends account in bronze. It's safe to say that even if you get massively fed, you can't 1v5. You can stack the odds in your favor and frankly win 90% of the games from just taking down 3 in a fight alone.

Frankly, it's much easier in higher elo when you're not mechanically skilled yourself, as you can try putting others in a position to carry (especially as supportive roles like jungle or support).

Well, whatever. Your silver/gold/plat level intellect (that you're too scared to show to others... lol) has a few flaws friend.
