I actually have a very different method for dealing with toxicity in matches. I don't mute or pretend I don't speak english. I remain quiet unless asked a direct question or someone asks something that I can answer. Then in the sweetest most positive way and informative way I possibly can I respond to them. It is called killing them with kindness, and while it's extremely difficult because most of the time you get flamed anyway, it always makes me feel that I did everything in my power to promote a better community for the league.
