Just got booted from ranked because i didnt lock my fucking champ

WHY THE HELL DOES IT KICK ME? I fucking select my champion why does the game need me to still lock in. 6 mins wasted time and - some lp because of this fucking r%%%%%ed new system.

To make sure you're paying attention. Too many issues of wrong runes and materies due to people not paying attention. Also, you get two different warnings telling you to make sure you lock in. Not Riot's fault you can't follow instructions.

But if im picking my champion im clearly paying attention, i seriously dont understand why it still has to boot me.. What if i feel i need to change my champ at the last second to fit our comp? Its a pointless addition. I've been in hundreds of draft ranked lobbies and now its so different im not used to pressing the lock in button. waste if my time and lp.

Again, if you can't follow bright orange text that tells you to lock in, it's not their fault.
