Here's the chat log. Tell me why I got banned for 14 days

Got into a game with 4 premades. I told them not to worry, we will win because I am a plat smurf. Ashe decides to suddenly bash me saying "Plat is easy to get to, I just started and will get to plat in 3 months."

I told him no you won't, it took me 4 years because I am not good and improving. He then continues to say how I have a sad life playing 4 years of league. His 3 friends just started laughing and trolling me. I told them my life is not sad at all because I go to a good school, and have plenty of wealth in my family, I am certainly living quite well.

They keep taunting me, so I started using a sarcastic tone calling Ashe "diamond" because he thinks plat is trash.

Afterwards, all 4 of them reported me and I immediately got banned. This is my FIRST offense ever and I never even got chat-restricted or even warnings.

Riot sent me this log in my email. I've seen other ppl get banned with logs like "go fucking die, youre r%%%%%ed, noob trash" etc. If you look at mine, I've never said anything offensive. In fact it was them who kept flaming me about my life, so I was just arguing with them.

This is definitely not 14 DAYS BAN WORTHY.

Riot you don't have to unban me, I just want you to acknowledge that this time your AUTOMATED CHAT SCAN SYSTEM IS FLAWED. Back in the tribunal days there would be no way I can get banned for something like this.

EDIT: From this the only lesson I learned is to next time bring 3 friends along, and bash the random, and when he tries to defend himself, we will all report him. The automated system will flag his account, scan the things he says, and gets him a 14 day ban. It's quite a perfect plan actually.

Multiple mom jokes for no reason - you claim Kayle is hacking to start the match - you are in a verbal back and forth with another player pretty much all game... to what point and purpose? 14 day banworthy? No. Chat suspension worthy? Yes.

This type of behavior is unacceptable in this community. When there is nothing good to say, don't say anything at all. As a community, we also don't believe that retaliation is an appropriate response, so in cases where there is retaliation, both players receive penalties. This is the only warning this account will receive. Further examples of toxic behavior can result in permanent closure of your account.

This is one of the more minor ones ive seen. There were a couple minor jabs but other than that its just kind of a long ridiculous conversation to be having in a game.

Do you find yourself in conversations like that a lot in games?

but riot tells people all the time that just because someone was more toxic than you doesnt mean you shouldnt be punshied. if 2 people killed a bunch of people and the first person, JDIZZLE24 killed 100 people and YOLOSWAGGINGS420BLAZEXXX killed 500 does that mean that JDIZZLE24 shouldnt be punshied? of course not

This is just one log... While there's few points that can be contested as inappropriate this was you angry at pre ranked people in norms. What does that say for you in ranked with people of equal skill? The other logs would be more interesting.

While you said nothing ban worthy; I dont understand why you talk so much. Play the game. If you dont say anything in chat, you will never receive a punishment. Its that simple.

That's one of the more toxic reform cards I've seen, actually. You harassed a newbie all game, "as a troll", like wtf? To be clear, the game doesn't ban you for one game. It's only the most recent chat log that's for that game. If you don't think that game was ban worthy, it's not really surprising that you deny that you were ever toxic before.

You talk a lot, if you played more and talk less you would likely not get banned and your play would improve at the same time. All i see here is you being toxic to a new player. You smurf from plat and expect plat level builds and cs?
